Wedding Photography Packages

At Sarah Gladman Photography there are three different types of Photoshoots and Prices available.

Basically, it depends on how much you would like included in your package, and how much you feel capable of doing yourself.

I’ll list them below so that you can get a feel for what I mean…

Wedding Package (Basic) – $750

• Up to 4 hours coverage of wedding ceremony and location shoot and beginning of reception/mock cake.
• Single Photographer.
• DVD of fully edited, high-resolution images.
• Approximately 10 hours image post-production.
• Meeting to advise on the printing of your photos.

The Basic package allows you to have the control of the images at the end of the wedding – choosing which ones to enlarge, frame or put onto canvas etc. However, choosing your own photo-production lab can cause changes in the colour of your photos.

Wedding Package (Premium) – $1500

• Engagement Session. Up to two hours of location shots with you and your partner and one photographer.
• Full day coverage of wedding preparations, ceremony, location shots and reception. Single Photographer.
• DVD of  edited, high quality and resolution images (approx 1000 images).
• Approx 40 hours of image editing. Special editing of the shots chosen by you to be featured in your album or on a canvas.
• Up to 75 standard photo size (4 x 6 inch) Matte prints.
• Photo Print Quality images through our own choice of Professional photolab. This ensures you get the best quality of clarity, sharpness, colour and resolution. You pay per photo reprinted.

 

Wedding Package (Gold) – $2200

• Engagement Session. Up to 2 hours of location shots with you and your partner and one photographer.
• Full day coverage of wedding preparations, ceremony, location shots and FULL reception. Two Photographers.
• DVD of edited, high quality and resolution images (approx 1200 images).
• Approx 50 hours of image editing. Special editing of the shots chosen by you to be featured in your album or on a canvas.
• Up to 150 standard photo size (4 x 6 inch) Matte prints, two 8 x 10 inch enlargements.
• Custom designed Momento Photobook/ Coffee Table book.
• Photo Print Quality images through our own choice of Professional photolab. This ensures you get the best quality of clarity, sharpness, colour and resolution. You pay per photo reprinted.

Custom Wedding Packages:

The following items can be added to your chosen Wedding Package:

• “Wedding Eve” preparations – for those of you who have extended wedding celebrations planned such as Rehearsal dinners, Bridal Showers, etc. Up to 2 hours Photoshoot – $200.
• “Trash the Dress Ceremony” – several weeks after the wedding is over, we perform a ceremony which involves the bride dressing in her gown again and being prepared to take photos in it that may not have been possible on “the day” such as – walking into the sea, lying on the sand at water’s edge, jumping into the sea baths or pool etc. The only thing we will not do is put you in any danger (or make it burst into flames! lol).  

I won’t bore you with all of the nitty gritty details, but suffice to say there are a lot of phone calls, meetings and emails during this time in order to make sure we get the absolute best result for you on the day. Some things we may need to know are:

1. Times and dates of all events, start times, finish times, approximate times of cake cutting, wedding preparations early in the day or anything else important that you would like to capture.

2. Preferred place for your “Location Shoots” – both for the Wedding Day and the Engagement shoot. If you do not have a preferred place for either, that’s ok – we have a few special places up our sleeves 🙂

In addition to all of this, we ask that you provide a vendor meal on the night of the wedding (which we will eat in record time so that we don’t miss out on any photo opportunities).

We also ask for a 20% deposit to be made at the time of booking so ensure your place and allow us to begin preparations for your day. The deposit is non-refundable and will be receipted with an ABN and appropriate invoicing details.
